A date, a lot riding on it, and a team flat out building the thing. Nobody has had a spare hour to plan how people hear about it.
Early or late, big or small, bring what you've got. We spend up to 90 minutes together, by video or in person in Adelaide if schedules allow, working out who needs to hear about it, what they should hear and the order it happens in: from now to the day, and the week after.
Within two business days you get a one-page run sheet you can hand to whoever is doing the work. It covers the audience, the announcement (written), the sequence to the day, and what happens the week after. I'll answer one round of email questions for the fortnight that follows.
If the run sheet doesn't give you a plan you can act on, tell me in writing within seven days what's missing. I'll revise it once. If it still doesn't, I'll refund you.
Wayne Cunningham, Adelaide.
