Launch day is full, and it's normal not to be at your sharpest in the middle of it. This one-page run sheet puts the decisions in the hands of a calmer you, a week earlier. Work from your go-live time, put a name against every line, pre-write your messages, and add a few lines for the afternoon, where the surprises usually arrive. You get a three-page PDF with the sheet, a short guide to filling it in, and an "if something goes wrong" block. Print it or fill it in on screen, and use it as many times as you like on your own launches.
