You've already got a plan, and part of you wants a second pair of eyes before it goes public. That's a sensible thing to want, and it's usually quick to sort out.
Send me the plan as it stands, in whatever state it's in: a document, a few notes, a spreadsheet, a messy email thread. We spend an hour together by video, or in person in Adelaide if schedules allow, going through it together. I'll tell you what I'd keep, what I'd change and what's missing.
Within two business days you get a one-page summary in writing, so you can hand it straight to whoever's doing the work.
If you need more than an hour covers, I'll say so and we can talk about a proposal for the rest.
Wayne Cunningham, Adelaide.
